Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Milleset jewelry. If a piece isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, and returns are free.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• unworn and undamaged, with no signs of use
• in its original packaging, including the Milleset pouch
Worn, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be refunded.
How to return
1. Submit a request through our returns portal.
2. Once our team approves it, you’ll receive a free prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off as instructed.
Please don’t send items back without an approved request, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it. If it meets our conditions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Funds may take up to 6 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
